Getting to YAEF

Reduce your carbon footprint!

In the spirit of last year’s Forum on Environmental Justice, YAEF encourages attendees to reduce their carbon footprints by taking the train instead of flying, when
possible. Amtrak (http://www.amtrak.com) arrives at Union Station, which is directly connected to the Metro system (see below).

The planning team has been very busy planning this year's forum. We are in the process of updating this site and our Facebook page.

In the meantime, please make plans to attend our forum in June and talk to your churches, campus minitries, friends and family to invite them to attend and support young adults.

Registration

2008 Event Details

Who: Christian young adults, age 18-35 from around the United States

When: June 12-15, 2008 (Thursday through noon Sunday). Registration from 2 to 4 PM on Thursday.

Where: Wesley Theological Seminary, Washington, DC. Housing will be provided at nearby American University.

Cost: $125.00 registration fee for all participants (cost includes registration, meals and housing)
Registration deadline: May 16, 2008

What is the Young Adult Ecumenical Forum?

This year, Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC will host YAEF. Through education, prayer, worship, and advocacy, participants will learn how to fight human trafficking.
